AbilityOne provides job opportunities for individuals with documented disabilities. All AbilityOne positions allow employees to build skills both independently and in team settings to help ensure long-term employment.

Adult Education Center
Our Adult Education Center provides vocational training and promotes academic success, preparing students past the age of 21 to earn their high school diploma. The curriculum is hybrid coursework based on Nebraska’s high school graduation requirements.

Healthcare
CNA – Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) training and certification is an accelerated two-week program. Our CNA program includes theory, lab and clinical classes. After you complete your CNA, we can help individuals obtain their Medical Aid Certification.

Get the tools and support to move your career forward, including career coaching, job-search resources, résumé assistance, skills training and connections to community services.
