Goodwill Pathways
Provides everything you need for a successful job search. In our training centers throughout Omaha and Council Bluffs, you gain access to resource navigation, job boards, computers, resume and cover letter writing assistance, job fairs, and even support from a career coach.
We knock down barriers for people struggling with job search, job training, and job advancement by offering skills-based learning opportunities and support.

Our Programs

AbilityOne
AbilityOne provides job opportunities for individuals with documented disabilities. All AbilityOne positions allow employees to build skills both independently and in team settings to help ensure long-term employment.

Adult Education Center
Our Adult Education Center provides vocational training and promotes academic success, preparing students past the age of 21 to earn their high school diploma. The curriculum is hybrid coursework based on Nebraska’s high school graduation requirements.

Healthcare
CNA – Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) training and certification is an accelerated two-week program. Our CNA program includes theory, lab and clinical classes. After you complete your CNA, we can provide instruction and preparation for the Pediatric CNA certification or help individuals obtain their Medical Aid Certification.

Forklift Training – Goodwill offers the certification and training required for individuals seeking the credentials to operate a forklift.
